THEY UNDER DELIVER & OVER PROMISE

To whom it may concern.

I am dismayed at the level of your service for the time I had used your service.

It is with disappointment that I write this as I had not received my delivery on time as anticipated and advised by your delivery team that it would be by the 24th December.

Driver contacted me from ********** contacted me at round about 15h30 to advise he will be delivering my parcel. I kept on calling him for more than hour and sent him my location as he had requested but still never responded.

I am dismayed at your poor service and lack of communication.

The latest anticipated date for delivery was supposed to be the 24th as stipulated that it would be delivered before Christmas but yet to this day I had no received it.

This has been the worst Christmas because of your incompetence and lack of communication and quite frankly wish I didn't have to use your services anymore.

Your driver called at about 15h30 on the 24th, asked me to send him location which I untimely did and he did not acknowledge or respond for more than an hour. I tried to contact him using whatsapp call and a landline with no luck as my contact no. for delivery was ********** and **********.

These gifts were for Christmas and to my utter disappointment it was delivery for Christmas as promised.

Even after I reported this to your support team they did not do much to make up for this atrocious and disastrous behavior on Christmas.
