POOR SERVICE!!! THEY DON'T LIKE PAYING REFUNDS

I returned a Lenovo laptop that was faulty on the 12th of August and it was received at their warehouse on the 14th of August. On the 3rd of September the told the product was out of stock therefore I requested a refund. They promised to pay within 3-5 working days. Today is the 15th of October and I am still waiting for a refund. I havent numerous emails and their reply is always "we have processed it and you will receive it within 3-5 working days. Their 3-5 working days has turned into 42 days now and I have not received my refund. I am dissatisfied with takealot.
