Poor service thanks Takealot

I bought artificial grass on the 9 May 2022 it was supposed to be delivered on the 19 May , phone them on the 20th was told it was manually canceled, the agent told me they will reactivate the order , 25 th phoned them again same story. Today is the 8th of June now they stopped answering the phones try to phone them last 3 days straight. Their phone rings until it automatically cuts out.
