Poor service Takealot. Stop *****ing, I want my money.

I bought a Condere 2 Litre Cordless Stainless Steel Kettle, when I opened the packaged the body of the kettle had a dent on, the on/off red light was not properly fixed to the kettle. When returning the kettle to takealot the return is declined with no further communication.
