Poor service takealot

I bought pots at takealot and standard delivery was schedule for the 2nd of October, the parcel was out for delivery and suddenly my parcel got returned because the driver can't find my address, the driver or anyone did not even attempt to call me well I called and call centre and they asked for coordinates, I sent them and my query was escalated, I received no feed back, I wanted to cancel the parcel but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and reschedule delivery for the following day which is today(3/10/24), I got a message in the morning that my parcel is out for delivery and suddenly my parcel is returned again and the reason this time is that the issued courier is incorrect, mind you I am not going to the office waiting fot the parcel that I see now that won't arrived and the funny thing is I have received the parcel before in this area just a different street, I am so frustated with takealot and this was my last purchase from them.order no:***.
