Poor service... shortage of goods delivered

Two weeks ago I've ordered a few things from takealot. Some goods for my dog, only item I have recieved was my dog food. Still waiting on my dogs toys and nexgard tablet. Funny enough the deliever guy signed off the dog food due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Tried calling takealot and emailing them and nothing. All my goods has been signed off by the delivery guy from takealot yet I've only recieved one package and have no information on my other goods. Takealot has the worst services ever. Please guys be careful when purchasing from takealot as this has happend to a few other people as well... goods are missing and they claim that you have signed off for goods that you haven't recieved.
