Poor Service Regarding My TV order

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my TV order and replacement process.

I initially purchased a TV on 20 March. Not only was the delivery delayed, but the TV also arrived damaged. After reporting the issue and requesting a replacement, I was informed that the item was out of stock. This was already a significant inconvenience, as I had paid for a product that I could not use.

After numerous follow-ups, I was eventually advised that a replacement TV would be delivered on 9 June. However, as of today, I still have not received the replacement. When I contacted your customer service department today, I was informed that the delivery had been sent to the wrong address. To make matters worse, I have now been advised that the replacement being processed is not even the same size as the TV I originally ordered.

The service I have received throughout this process has been appalling. I have spent a considerable amount of airtime repeatedly calling your customer service department because of the lack of communication and updates from your side. Each time I contact Takealot, I am given different information, and no one appears willing or able to resolve the matter.

What is even more frustrating is that I have repeatedly requested to speak to a manager, only to be told that the manager is unavailable. This is unacceptable, especially considering the length of time this issue has been ongoing and the inconvenience I have suffered.

It has now been almost three months since I placed my original order, and I am still without the TV that I paid for. I expect this matter to be escalated immediately and resolved without any further delays.

I request:

Immediate clarification regarding the whereabouts of my replacement TV. Confirmation that I will receive the correct TV model and size that I originally purchased. A firm delivery date. Appropriate compensation for the delays, inconvenience, and costs I have incurred while trying to resolve this matter.
