Poor Service – Refund Outstanding for Over a Month

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Talealot. I requested a refund more than a month ago, and to date, I have still not received my money. Only saying they are escalating it to the Credits department. After speaking to 6 people, that the answer.

Despite following the correct process and allowing more than enough time, there has been no resolution and very poor communication regarding the status of my refund. Waiting over a month for a refund is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.

I expected far better customer service and accountability. This experience has seriously affected my trust in Talealot, and I would not recommend them based on how this matter has been handled.

I am still awaiting my refund and a proper explanation for the delay.
