Poor Service Received

I have received the worse service from Takealot for the first time. I placed one order and received 2 items the other 3 items were lost in transit. I followed up on Friday at 11h00 regarding my order that were supposed to be delivered but got rescheduled to Monday. They only informed 16h30 the afternoon that they have confirmed with the Branch and my order will be delivered on Monday. Monday came and I received a message again no it will be delivered on Tuesday. I was promised and then Tuesday afternoon I received a message the afternoon saying it has been rescheduled again for Wednesday. So Wednesday came and I received 2 of the items while the other were lost in transit. No Management from delivery section to sort out this issue, promises made without being reliased. Special arrangements were made every time I got promised it will be delivered. Like I said it is sad getting this service from Takealot.
