Poor service Re becoming a seller on takealot

As a business we have app**** in February to start selling on takealot.

All business info and a catalogue was submitted. Shaun Marshall was dealing with the application. He has been ignoring emails and has given no response Re the application. Calling the call centre doesn’t achieve any results. This is very poor business ethos from takealot .
