Poor service on Takealot Returns.

I had great great service from Takealot in the past. I ordered an office chair and it was delivered without any issues.

Once unpacked i found the headrest to be incorrect. , it is made to fit another model. Secondly the chair doesn't move freely on the floor, you need to get up in order to move the chair. I logged a return and refund just after the delivery on 22 July.

I have been promised 6 different collection dates, non was met. On the app it shows as resolved. I logged another return with 3 different collection dates, non were met.

Collect your chair please and give me the money you owe me.
