Poor service on returns

I have ordered a keyboard from takealot which was under warranty. I had gotten this on a special and now the keyboard has doubled in price. One of the keys had stopped working so I returned it to takealot with the option for them to replace if it cannot be replaced I asked them to return the keyboard to me.

It's been over a month and now I have to keep phoning takealot in order for them to provide an update. They refuse to replace the keyboard or return back the same one to me. They offerd to credit my account but that option was not what I requested because the keyboard can not be purchased. They have misplaced my return!!! Their service is pathetic
