Poor service on return of a damaged product!!!!

I ordered a Mellerware - "Pop & Go" Popcorn Maker 4.5L from Takealot as a Christmas gift for my son. The item arrived damaged and I requested an exchange for the same product. Takealot collected the damaged item from me and a week later they delivered the exact same damaged item, which they had collected from me - still in the same packaging!!! Clearly they have no quality control to ensure that they ship the correct package when they do a return on a damaged item! This is very poor service.
