Poor service on return item

I purchased an item on Takealot. I placed a return immediately due to the item being smaller than what I thought it was. The driver collected and did not log the return in and I have been in contact with numerous consultants because I have drivers constantly coming to my home and instead of assisting I get told “will contact the warehouse to find out if item arrived” and get shoved to the next consultant and start the process from over.
