Poor service on return

<p>I have been a loyal customer of Kalahari and later Takealot for many years now with very little issues up to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have ordered a product early January which arrived without a power cable. I sent an email and received reply within 48 hours on what I have to do to log a return.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have logged my return. The time line on their website said that it takes 1-2 days to process and thereafter 1-2 days for collection.</p> <p> </p> <p>My request have been processed, but I have been waiting 5 days now and still no collection. My emails are not rep**** on and all the phone numbers I can find are unanswered or not existing!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am going away on holiday and the matter still have not been resolved.</p>
