Poor service on order #***6

I ordered on the 23rd of May 2020 and my order was partially delivered after I waited for it on the promised day which they didn't make it and only a day after. since 28th May till to date I've been waiting for the remainder of my order and its a mission to get hold of takealot on the phone as well as on mail. Been **** to several times that my order will be delivered i.e after i sent tons of mails and tried calling them whereby their phone get's hanged up in the middle of nowhere. I'm just sick and tired of them and their poor service, empty promises and lies.
