Poor service on FNB card delivery with takealot

What a great inconvenience FNB has caused its clients with this takealot delivery thing.

Takealot. This is a ****y service if I must say. Im greatly disappointed. Instead of having my card delivered, I got a msg from takealot saying that they tried contacting me and I must call ********** on the 5th, which i did. This is a call center number no one answers. I spent lots of money on airtime on hourly calls to this number that no answered to date. Takealot... TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AT TAKEALOT...
