Poor service on delivery

Order a gas cylinder on the 15 May and they said possible delivery on the the 21-25 May. On the 25 May morning I received multiple messages saying my order is out for delivery then during the day around 13h00 received an sms saying am unreachable,how?? Its office where there's a reception if u can't get hold of the person u want and I didn't receive any call. I tried their customer care they said they will do a follow up on the matter and get back to me but never get back. 26 May also the same thing, no delivery at . Haisuka poor service.
