Poor Service Mnikelo.N , Order # ***

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Takealot's service, specifically interaction with Mnikelo.N. I assisted a friend in making a purchase using my bank's virtual card. Takealot requested ID and card copies which belongs to the account holder, which she submitted three times. Unfortunately, there has been no acknowledgment or resolution from Takealot. The lack of communication has been frustrating. I request an immediate cancellation of the transaction and a refund. It's clear that emails are going unanswered, and my friend's concerns are being ignored. I hope Takealot can swiftly address this issue, restore my trust, and prioritize customer satisfaction
