Poor Service, Lies & Inconsiderate

I ordered a items on take a lot on Friday the 17th and I got an sms that my parcel will be delivered on Tuesday 21st. To my suprise the driver was at my gate on Monday & I thought that was quick I piped through the window so that the driver can see there is someone at home because I reside in a quite neighbourhood. When I got out the driver was not there. The call centre lady called telling me they attempted delivery I told her what had happened then she said she will get hold of the driver then the driver called me by the name of Peter saying he wanted to deliver I told him that I was home and he said he will come tomorrow. The following day I called him informing him that I am home he said he is on the other side and will come after two hours I told him I won't be home by then cause I will be fetching my daughter from school, then he said it will be delivered on Monday. Come Monday I made a follow up again with my cost then they are telling me the parcel is returned to the Warehouse. Still today I do not have my parcel with me to top it all I have a credit with them which is supposed to be added with my next order but it wasn't. So highly dissaponted I will not order anything again with Takealot.
