POOR SERVICE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND UNRELIABLE

After much deliberation and research of a product I decided to order a product as a wedding gift of take a lot . Estimated delivery was 21 September.

The day before delivery I get a cancelation notice - reason out of stock surely this is communicated in advance and additional support is provided to replace the product or offer something similar. All I receive is generic ******* answers with zero solution to the problem. As well as no response or follow up once I called to complain

WHAT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I will most definitely not order off this website again and would not recommend it to anyone
