Well I am extremely disappointed with Takealot pick up point in Pinetown. I was at the pick point at 8:30am up my parcel then they told me they open at 10am which isn’t a problem. I kindly begged the lady who’s name is Nonka Mkhize for the lady to help me out since I’m here to allow me to pick up, she said no because it’s not operating hours yet.

I understand but there’s about 10 people here and doors are wide open so I asked if there’s really no 1 who can just go an extra mile to please a client by get a parcel for me cause I’m already here and I honestly didn’t know they open at 10am which is my fault.

But do I have to drive 20km away and come an hour/half later back which will be 60km in total since I’m here just because time to open operation is 10am? This is just ridiculous and very very very very very very bad for business. The way she refused it was like she really didn’t care about how far I come from and how much effort, time and money it will cost me to come back here. The attitude also sucked.

This is bull****, it’s simple as that. Attitude reflects leadership and her attitude really showed how untrained, unmannered she is and her attitude is really ****ty.
