Poor service from Takelot!!!

I ordered a pump for my jojo tanks. The first pump leaked at the seals, so I returned it, and got a refund, as they had no more stock. So I ordered another pump, also a CRI pump. Unfortunately I was away, and when I came back thr pump was fitted. The problem was that firstly it would not shut off, and then I noticed that it was not a CRI pump at all. I got the plumber to disconnect it, and returned it to Takelot, my reason wrong product. Now they say they won't replace it, reaon, no longer wanted, but that is not the case. It doesnot shut off, and it is the wrong pump. How do I even contact these people? Can't seem to find any telephone number or e-mail. I did try e-mail, but it came back undelivered. Very poor from Takelot!!!
