POOR SERVICE FROM TAKELOT

I don’t know what Takealot is not understanding with my previous email

Let me start over

5/8/23 – this was given over to my son as a birthday gift He was using this to create tattoos on HUMAN BEINGS not paper

ONLY A MONTH LATER

8/9 – I requested for the Tattoo machine to be collected – due to being faulty

12/9 – only on the 12/9 Takelot collected the Tattoo machine

This was returned to Takealot due to the tattoo machine being faulty

All the below stock was used on different people and due to the blood on the needles etc we had to Throw this away – you cannot keep this if it is full of blood.

We have a guarantee, and we NEED THE TATTOO MACHINE REPLACED

THIS IS OUTSTANDING FOR SOME TIME AND I NEED SOME URGENT ASSISTANCE

A month later and we still waiting – we had to phone twice to get an update

IF NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED BY THE 13/10– I will go and put a complaint on HALLO PETER regarding the pathetic request from TAKELOT / SUPPLIER The below cannot be located and this was used
