Poor Service from Takealot.co.za

I ordered a cell phone online from Takealot.co.za. Takealot sent me a Domino Game set instead of the cell phone. I have made several calls and sent emails but the matter has not been resolved yet. I am totally disappointed with Takealot and would not recommend that people buy from Takealot.
