Poor service from takealot.com

I have bought a phone for R6400, it started loosing network and not picking network from my rain sim after a few weeks. I have decided to return it, they took the phone from me on the 31st of August, and a few days later they wanted to return it to me to remove the PIN (not sure why, they should have reset the device and fix it), that never happened anyway, we are now on the 28th of Sept, I still don't have a phone. I now asked for a reimbur*****t of my money so that I can buy a phone in a shop, no one is entertainment my request.
