Poor service from Takealot.com

Never will I buy anything from Takealot.com again. Service is very bad.. I have bought on a cod basis and all of a sudden they send the parcel to the wrong dispatch department. Then received a mail that I need to do a EFT all of a sudden. Done that and a day later they phone me to tell me they did not received the proof off payment. Then after I want to cancel the transaction the proof off payment appears on their mailing system. They can keep their product and give it to someone who cares.
