Poor service from Takealot.com

Purchased an order on the 21st of May 2020. Received sms confirmation that order will be delivered by the 2nd of June 2020. Nothing arrived. Logged into my account and the order was updated "Signed by customer" the same day!!! Still waiting for my order... I would appreciate some feedback.
