Poor service from Takealot. The order was canceled and the delivery date changed

I bought a Christmas Tree together with a printer cartridge and 2 x Samsung 20000AMP powerbanks on the 1st of December 2024 with a delivery date of the 11th of December 2024. Only to be informed today that the Christmas tree has been canceled and the delivery date has moved to Friday the 13th of December 2024. I have asked them to cancel the entire order since they have misled me into ordering the items with an earlier expected delivery date. The call center agents are very unprofessional and could not assist in getting a replacement Christmas Tree before the 25th of December. I have been a loyal customer since 2016. Takealot will not be getting any future orders from me and I will be deactivating my account with them.
