Poor service from Takealot in Port Elizabeth.

I ordered a product and received an SMS informing me that delivery will take place on Tuesday 19th. I waited all day and finally received an SMS at 16:25 saying that they tried to deliver the parcel but could not. No reason given. I went to the pick up center to see if I could collect the parcel myself. Tracy was not very polite and friendly. I was told that the parcel would be delivered on Wednesday. The parcel did not arrive. I visited the pick up center on Thursday and was told that the policy was that I could not take the parcel. I received an SMS later in the day saying that the parcel would be delivered on Friday. I waited until 15:30 and still no parcel. I called the center and was told that the parcel had been reordered as it was damaged. This is unacceptable.
