Poor service from Takealot

I have been using takealot for quite some time now and I have never encountered any problems. On Wednesday the 16th of November I ordered a parcel with takealot and was promised that I would receive my parcel by Friday the 18th of November. On Friday the driver called me to say that he will be delivering my parcel on that day in an hour or so.Since then iam still waiting for the guy to arrive.All I can see on their app is that my parcels is rescheduled for the next day delivery every day but no one is calling me.I always leave at my work after 5 with an anticipation that maybe they will come and deliver my parcel but nothing is happening. Their pickup point is at Wonderboom and iam working at Montana.This is my waste experience with Takealot.My order number is #***
