Poor service from Takealot

Takealot is using Fast and Furious to do deliveries in outlying areas. The delivery normally takes close to two weeks and never delivered on the first scheduled date. My quite expensive parcel is n ow missing and Takealot does little to help addressing the matter and ignore email requests.
