Poor service from takealot and omega & supersonic store

I bought an omega 1900dc generator through takealot and it has stopped working only after 6 months. this generator has been supp**** by omega and supersonic store. why is takealot selling very sub-standard product through this supplier whom it is very difficult to get hold off.
