Poor service from Takealot and failure to keep to commitments
I ordered all my household items from Takealot with a commitment that I will get them today by , I am driving to Limpopo to receive the items I am now told that they will deliver on Monday they did not even engage me if the date will suit me.
I am supper annoyed and irritated if the items are not delivered today please refund all my money I will buy from other stores tomorrow clearly you are beyond useless when it comes to keeping your commitments
Deliver today or cancel the order and I need my refund today to buy the items tomorrow

I did not agree with you on this date I ordered on the basis that I am getting my order today, who did you agree with when you decided to change your dates or I don’t have a say in my own order .
if you do not deliver by today refund my money as soon as possible I will go to other stores and buy tomorrow.

I am an interior designer my client and I are driving to Polokwane now to design her house tomorrow morning, what do I tell them now, there will be no one to receive them on Monday stop subbortaging my business and deliver those goods today alternately I will have to refund them today where do I get that money.
