Poor service from takealot
What a poor service from take a lot
I bought Roland headphones,the day they arrived I wasn’t impressed with the quality, right on the spot I call them to come and collect their Headphones, now when they have to refund they are claiming that I used their product , I even took pictures for my self

I call this morning regarding my refund that was processed on the 30th January 2024 , even now I haven’t received my money, when I call the consultant tells me they will back back to me , I was assisted by Moagi M, Herschelle H and Abigail V
