Poor service from Takealot

Hisense 70" A6N 4K UHD Smart TV with HDR & Dolby Vision Order Order #*** I talked to a consultant complaining about the 4 week old tv that i paid R10 999 for switches off randomly and then i have to unplug the electric connection. This occurs now for the last two weeks, about 6 times a week and they don't want to replace it because i threw away the box it was delivered 4 weeks ago. The tv has a 4 year warrant. I did not know that i have to keep the box must be kept for four years. This is not fair.
