Poor service from Takealot

I ordered and paid for a product on the 22nd April 2022, I received my package on the 5th May 2022, within a few minutes of using the product it broke, I requested a refund from Takealot by sending them two emails and also responded to the "refund items" on their website, I reviewed the product and the review was rejected, I have to edit the review before it was accepted, No negative reviews accepted by Takealot, today 5 days after my email and requesting a refund, I have heard nothing from Takealot!
