Poor service from takealot

I bought the iPhone from takealot, and the speaker of the phone was not functioning properly, but I thought is the phone settings. But within 5months I bought the phone, which has 12months warranty. When I return the phone I'm told of physical damages that I won't see and I don't see. So it means the company is trying by all means not to replace their faulty device. That 12 months warranty is just to hook customers because now they come with stories
