Poor service from Takealot

I bought an over R15000 carpet cleaner from Bissell via Takealot. After not even a year and minimal use it was defective and sent back for evaluation and repairs. It was then sent back to us , but it is still not working. I have logged this return with Takealot 2 weeks ago and received no feedback. Only feedback I receive is if I enquire myself. And then they just shrug their shoulders and says Bissell has not rep**** yet. We really wanted to clean our carpets for the new year. Poor poor poor service from Takealot.
