Poor service from takealot

Takealot deliveries are shocking! I was supposed to receive a package on Friday - it was delivered to the wrong address. When I finally found the package there was no name on it, no address nor any contact number or details of myself (the correct receiver).

The package was delivered to the wrong address where the domestic worker signed for it because the parcel did not have details of the receiver. .It literally took me the whole day to find my package. There is also no one available nor any contact details of any one that you can talk to at their office when you do not receive your parcel. I will never order from them again!
