Poor service from Takealot.

I have been a takealot customer for many years and always received great service. The one exception is a shaver that my wife purchased for me in December. The item was provided without the spare blade that was advertised. I have been trying to get the spare blade out of them for almost four months now. We have escalated this multiple times. We get a follow up email every time, but then it goes dead. I really do not want to report them, but how else can I get the item that I paid for.
