Poor service from Takealot.

I ordered a Bosch series 4 auto washing machine but this was a Out of the Box failure. I returned the machine but requested to replace the Bosch with a Defy auto front loader. The new machine a Bosch was delivered today with axactly the same problem. There is a problem with the spinning cycle. They ignored my new order with a letter in the machine I sent back. This is very serious service due to the fact that I am without a machine now for 3weeks.I even called their customer service department with a complaint.
