Poor service from takealot

I am very dissapointed and furious right now.

I ordered a cellphone from takealot . they have been promising to deliver for the past 2 weeks. no cellphone has been delivered, no communication or whatsoever. and you cant even call them to make a follow. U send email and they do not repl y. Can i please get my money back so i can buy myself cellphone somewhere else .
