Poor service from Take A Lot

I ordered a Xmas tree and clearly mentioned the color

Tree size delivered (Small tree though I asked for a bigger tree)

Color requested (WHITE)

Tree color delivered (GREEN)

Been trying to get hold of their claims department no help at all

Even the decorating lights not delivered but was included on the invoice
