Poor service from Return department (MRRN-J7B9A-J6RW)

I order an item(Order #***) on the 29th of July and received on the 30th of July, the Item was too small and I had to return it back. Take a lot rejected my Item with the reason of 'Non-returnable' (MRRN-J7B9A-J6RW). They asked for my address on the 1st of August to deliver my Item back to me but ever since then they have not delivered my Item, i have been making follow ups more than 4 times now but they are telling me they will escalate and some lady said my Item is at the branch and they will deliver it to my preferred pick up Point at Elgin Mall. Every time i call them, they say they will escalate. I need my Item back @Takealot
