Poor Service from *********

I am incredibly disappointed with the service level of TAKEALOT. We bought a refurbished computer for over R6000, and it had a warranty of 12 months, it happened to stop working within this time frame, either the power supply of motherboard. We sent it in for repairs, stated, the issue and packed everything nicely into a box as requested and took it to the Nelspruit Branch, they checked the items, asked me to put the package on the floor next to the warehouse door, I assume it was to heavy for the lady that helped me. I left and assume the pushed it or moved it with their feet as they always do with big packages. The computer went in and we were told that the screen was broken and they could not repair it and were sending it back, we explained we asked for the tower to be checked and not the screen, and it was not us who had broken it. Now we have sent emails and to no avail and no response to our PC. there is no communication or any pc insight, no one is getting back to us. We have bought a lot of things which have cost a fare amount of money, but they are not taking responsibility for their F#$k up. This will be the last time I shop with this company and have ****** my PC from me with no available comment. MRRN-QBKW6-RQDB this is my reference.
