Poor Service for the 3rd Time now form takalot

I placed an order today with same day delivery. I paid the R100 extra for this as I wont be available the rest of the week and needed the order for work. When the order was placed I saw that the delivery will only the the next day?? Why was the option for say day delivery then an option? I will not order from takalot ever again as I've been a repeat costumer for years now. This is also now the 3rd time I've had problems and the "Its been escalated email" never actually escalates the issue you have.
