Poor service

Poor, poor poor service!!! order 2x keyboards received 1. One week later and a am still sort of 1 keyboard and a drive that keeps on trying to collect the 1 keyboard I received after telling takealot I cannot return the keyboard as it is already in use. Just refund me my money for the keyboard not delivered!
