Poor service

I was expecting a delivery on the 30.12.2024,I got a message that there was a delay and within a minute another message that there was no cash which is not true,no one came to deliver. I rescheduled to the following day,still no one came and I got a message that the recipient refused the delivery. This is totally unacceptable,you can do better guys.
