POOR SERVICE FALSE DELIVERY DATES AND RUDLY SPOKEN MANAGER !!

I placed an order and paid for it on the 14 August 2024 it was suppose to be delivered today, I even got a phone call and a confirmation email to confirm my delivery, Only to receive an SMS to say delivery 23 August 2024. When trying to follow up I was met with may excuses and a VERY RUDE MANAGER FROM PARK RYNIE, Who spoke to me like dirt. !! Take a lot need to be polite and treat their customers with respect. They also need to go that extra mile especially when orders are in the thousands. !!!! never phone and follow up with an email of delivery confirmation if you can not meet the date. !! some one needs to take accountability and rectify the problem.
